There isn't really enough known about the First Order after one film, however that doesn't mean that we can't have more diversity jobwise on the server. So far we have Spec Ops, Pilots, Sith and regular Stormtroopers. However, there could be more. In the new Starwars film there is confirmed Fleet officers and Army generals which means that Fleet and Army Command could be implemented a bit like some of the Clonewars servers use Army Command and Fleet. In addition, the First Order, as with any army, would have had some medics to heal injured people. Plus, it is belived that the First Order also had Snowtroopers therefore these could be used too. Also, there needs to be a some what police force to deal with insubordinate troops who do things wrong or go into restricted areas. These could be Millitary Police (MPs) or Shocktroopers, they capture insubordiante trops and hold them for a while, or defend vips or key locations like restricted areas. There could also be scouttrooper regiment who would act as recon or snipers.
Medics could be spread across each regiment so there could be medic stormtroopers, snowtroopers and spec ops, who would have the same skin and weapons as their regiment excpet they also have a medkit. There could also be medic ranks which would work alongside current ranks (PVT, PFC etc.). These medic ranks could be as follows in lowest to higest: junior medic, medic, senior medic, advanced medic. To become a medic, players would need to do medic training and to rank up as a medic they would need to either do very well in healing people or in medic rp or do further medical training. The medic training would be held by advanced medics.
The Snowtroopers could use regular Galactic Civil War snowtrooper skins and their weapon could be T21. Their ranks would be the same as the First Order Stormtrooper ranks. To join this regiment, Stormtroopers (or anyone from other regiments) would need to attend and pass a tryout held by one of the senior officers of the regiment.

For example, Fleet need to give permission for certain regiments to hold training or do tryouts and Fleet control the pilots wheras Army Command are in charge of all the combat troops during events. I am not sure what the ranks could be for thse jobs but with some research it would be pretty straight forward to devise some. They would use pistols as they aren't meant to go into general combat and they should be protected from enemies in events, mainly by the MP/Shocktroopers. To join either Army Command or Fleet, players would need to attend tryouts held by the senior officers of the group they want to join, for example, the highest ranking person of fleet would host fleet tryouts.
Millitary Police/ Shoctroopers, these would have handcuffs that could be used on insubordiate troops to disarm them and take them to a brig where they must serve time depeding on what they did. For example, some Stormtroopers decide to start shooting randomly in Kylo Ren's office, they are cuffed and taken to a brig and held there for 5-10 Minutes. They could also be used in events to protect VIPs. Their skin would sadly need to be custom though, basically a First Order Stormtrooper with some red markings on it in places, a bit like the Civil War Shocktroopers and Clonewars Shocktroopers. Their ranks would be the same as the regular Stormtrooper ranks. To join this regiment, Stormtroopers (or anyone from other regiments) would need to attend and pass a tryout held by one of the senior officers of the regiment.

Their ranks would be the same as regular Stormtrooper ranks.
