lots of time, about 24 hours min
Do you understand that as a commander, you must follow RP rules?:
Yes, very clearly.
What makes you a good Commander?(100 words +):
I am a good leader and feel that I can RP correctley. I feel I am mature and enjoy StarWars. I know lore, I know the rules, I know how to RP and I know how to keep good discipline. If anyone in my regiment decides to misbehave, they will NOT enjoy a meeting with me, then if further breach, a meeting with me and MC to decide if he / she stays in my regiment, you will NOT misbehave in MY regiment.
How will you be a good commander?(150 words+):
I will be a good commander by keeping my promises, organzing things and giving tactics. Giving reasons for all things done, not just kicking somone from my regiment and not give them no reason. Not promoting someone as I like them, not demoting someone because I dislike them. I am not bias, I believe everyone should have a fair trial, a fair meeting and the right to the have the same as others do. Anybody in my regiment who thinks I am being unfair has the right to have a say and the right to express their opinion, I will not kick them out based on the fact they have an opinion on me that is bad, if they think I am unfair I will speak to them and try to be more fair.
Why should we choose you over others?(100 words+):
I think you should choose me over all other applicants as I am a good RPer and am very mature. I am happy to learn new rules and happy to abide by them. I do not believe that anyone is has the right to be treated differentley to others just because of my opinion on them, I am not bias and perfect for the commander position.
How will you lead your regiment to victory?(50 words+):
I will lead my regiment to victory by planning organized attacks and keeping in touch with other regiments, I will listen to other peoples plans, make sure before events planning is done and that anyone who joins late knows what they are doing.
Do you understand you can't just promote someone because you like them?:
Yes, of course as I have stated previously.
