I have experience being Admin/Head Admin. I know how people feel when they are mad or angry so i can little bit make loosen their bands(Like if they rdmed people who have pissed them off i dont possibly warn them.)

2h.. But i will get more hours soon, I have time to play

What does the position you are applying for do?
Help players as much as you can. Checkout for rule breakers. Aid community and try to revive it if possible.
Warn those who are trolling in server and not Rping like they should in this server. Trying to get people to server.
Deal with people if they have problems or reports about other staff members. Like staff member has warned him/her without reason/false reason, abusing or being disrespectful to player. I will not abuse my rank or its abilities because its unfair to other people. I dont rule break as staff member because it can lead to ban or demotion. Being active on server and trying to improve it to better. Keeping server live. Helping other staff members in their situations. If i have evidence about people who have all the time rule breaked and doesnt listen staff i will show it to admin so he can give longer ban or perma ban rule breaker.
